• Led cross-functional engineering execution across 5 teams, including Backend/Infra, Frontend, AI, 3D/Omniverse, and Design, driving a 0-to-1 enterprise AI/DCIM platform by translating ambiguous business needs into technical requirements, establishing engineering standards and workflows, and leading system design and delivery with a core 3-engineer Backend/Infra team. • Architected an enterprise AI Agent platform by evaluating 3 agent frameworks and designing multi-agent orchestration, RAG-based skill retrieval, HITL, MCP integration, and multi-tenant state management, with scalable LLM services by vLLM and pgvector. • Engineered backend and platform capabilities across 10 core services and 50+ infrastructure components, including RBAC/ABAC, asynchronous processing, observability, security automation, and upgrade workflows, enabling production-grade hybrid cloud and on-premises deployments with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, RKE2/Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions for CICD.
• Architected and developed 15+ AI/full-stack features and resolved 20+ production issues for an enterprise CX SaaS platform, including LLM-based chat analysis, AI usage metrics, RAG/Pinecone cleanup, and workflow automation using React, FastAPI, pg, and multi-tenant. • Shipped 10+ customer-driven product improvements across Inbox, Webchat, Analytics, Billing, and platform integrations, translating client, PM, design, and QA feedback into production-ready workflows with improved usability, edge-case handling, and release quality. • Improved production scalability and security by reducing analytics API database round trips by ~80%, building indexed AI usage tracking, and remediating 3+ production security vulnerabilities identified through automated security scanning.
